A to-do list says what needs doing, but it does not always help with consistency. A personal system can add clear feedback: completing a task earns points, and points unlock a reward you chose.
Start with realistic actions
Choose a few daily or weekly tasks and define what completion means. Assign points in proportion to effort instead of turning every small action into a separate goal.
Keep the reward personal
Pick rewards that matter to you. Check that the rules do not create unnecessary pressure and adjust them if the system stops being useful.
MARDAR Taskbook lets you customize tasks, point values, streaks, and personal rewards. Optional compound inflation is an extra mechanic that can gradually raise a reward’s point price. See MARDAR Taskbook — Tasks, Points, and Rewards.
